This project removed interior partition walls in a commercial office space. This is the office.

The removed office. Careful work allowed the moving and reuse of the electrical. Walls have been patched and skim coated. Patches were also cut into the vinyl cove base.

This is the demo before removal by Mad Dog Demolition. Wood, plaster, and metals are separated to recycle as much as possible prior to proper disposal.

This is almost two yards of concrete, placed by half five gallon bucket. A tight squeeze, but worth the effort for a happy customer.

No one imagined what was in there. Eight bags of awful, two tires, saplings, a steel door frame...

This long, tapering area was filled with years of trash and allowed rats to tunnel into the building on the left.

This is the beginning of a ten foot by ten foot opening between two commercial rental units. K9 Sublime, a prestigious dog services provider, expanded operations with this project.

The opening was through a load bearing wall. Great effort was taken to ensure no part of the building was compromised. This shows the temporary support wall and the slot cut for the massive beam in the foreground. 

The beam is in place and the wall is coming down. This project tripled the size of K9 Sublime's operation. Another happy customer.
